Times of the School Day
Children in Reception to Year 6
We are open to children from 8:40am until 3:15pm (Monday to Friday).
Drop off and collection:
Gates open at 8:25am for morning drop off and at 3:05pm for collection.
Children are to be greeted/released by their class teacher in the playground, lining up with the rest of their class.
Year 1 - lower phase playground
Year 2 and Year 3 - middle phase playground
Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 - upper phase playground
Reception children are dropped off at their classroom doors.
At 8:40am class teachers greet their classes and walk children to their classroom. If you arrive after this time your child can be dropped off at their allocated year group entrance door.
Gates close at 8:45am. If you arrive after 8:45am please take your child to the school office.
Total time this amounts to in a typical week = 32 hours and 55 minutes.
Children attending the Nursery
All nursery children are to be dropped off and collected from the nursery door.
Morning session:
Starts at 8:30am.
Ends at 11:30am.
Afternoon session:
Starts at 12:30pm.
Ends at 3:30pm.
