Why Physical Education is important
Physical Education is more than just exercise! Your child is entitled to a rich and broad curriculum, and PE is a great way of supporting this. PE can stimulate self-confidence, empathy and understanding by encouraging children to work together and support each other. It encourages pupils to be creative, solve problems, and learn through movement. The skills developed in PE are essential to life and are transferable to the wider school curriculum.
Your child should aim for an average of at least 60 minutes of physical activity at a moderate or vigorous intensity everyday, SO, let's 'Get Greet Active'
