Feedback from our Zones of Regulation workshop (Feb 2023)
"I attended the Zones Regulations Workshop and I learnt so much in that hour and gained much needed insight. Before entering the workshop I was in the Blue Zone, tired then I found myself in the Green Zone, focused and ended up in the Yellow Zone, feeling Excited.
And that was all in the space of 1 hour.
I really appreciate the efforts of the workshop and yourself as a wellbeing coach. I had asked a question and as the Presentation progressed, I got my answer so I did not feel the need to ask again.
I had missed the Reception Workshop so a few weeks back when my daughter expressed she was in the Red Zone I was not equipped to respond. Now I know I can."
