Creating Futures Fund: Enriching Lives, Inspiring Learning
At Greet, we believe that every child deserves the chance to explore, discover, and grow beyond the classroom walls. That’s why we’ve launched the Creating Futures Fund—our dedicated school fundraising platform designed to invest directly back into the children and community of Greet.
Money raised through school fundraising and enrichment events goes straight into this fund, helping us provide meaningful, long-lasting curriculum experiences that extend learning into the real world. From outdoor adventures to creative workshops and educational visits, these opportunities are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support both physical and mental wellbeing.
We’re proud to say that the fund is visible to parents, staff, and children—uniting us in building a GREAT Greet community.
What have we done so far?
Some of the money raised so far is being used to ensure every child will take part in a Curriculum Entitlement Trip. This trip is designed to support and enhance classroom learning and thanks to the Creating Futures Fund this will be provided at no cost to our families.
We have also used some of this money to develop our outside spaces for children to learn and play. This will continue to be further developed this year with links to the local community.
Who can get involved?
Fundraising will be facilitated by staff at Greet through whole school fundraising events. These will range from free dress days to the summer fair. Staff at Greet will work together with parents and the local community to collectively fundraise with all donations going towards the fund.
We have a growing army of fantastic parent volunteers who support us in raising money for Creating Futures! If you would like to get involved please contact Miss Williams via the school office.
